These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at La Vi Lakot. By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. The person making the booking must provide accurate contact and guest information.

The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the booking terms confirmed at the time of reservation. Any cancellation request must be made in writing.

We recommend that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated to the guest before arrival. Guests are expected to respect these times unless a different arrangement has been agreed with Salty Retreats.

4. Occupancy & Guests

Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay at the property. Additional guests or visitors may only be permitted with prior approval from Salty Retreats.

The property may not be used for parties, events, or commercial activities without prior written permission.

5. Property & House Rules

Guests are expected to treat La Vi Lakot and its contents with care and respect.

Guests must follow all house rules provided before or during their stay. Any damage, loss, or breakage caused by a guest or member of their party may be charged to the guest.

Smoking inside the property is not permitted.

6. Damage & Security Deposit

Where a security deposit is required, it may be used to cover damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other costs resulting from a guest's stay.

Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the guest.

7. Cleanliness

Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition at check-out. Excessive cleaning or removal of rubbish beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning charge.

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted.

9. Liability

Salty Retreats and La Vi Lakot are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for the safety of themselves and their party during their stay.

10. Changes or Unforeseen Circumstances

Salty Retreats reserves the right to make reasonable changes to a booking or accommodation when circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

In exceptional circumstances where the property becomes unavailable, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative solution or applicable refund.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for purposes related to the booking, guest communication, and management of the stay.

12. Changes to These Terms

Salty Retreats reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future bookings.
